TK-Architecture has developed its BIM Execution Plan which establishes common parameters of data entry/information exchange, levels of model development, and delineates roles and responsibilities of the team in creation and use of the project model. Based upon the U.S. National BIM and CAD standards, the BIM Execution Plan has been developed for compliance with the DoD and VA requirements. Its contents include definitions of spaces and elements according to CSI OmniClass, Levels of Development classifications in accordance with AIA, Minimum Modeling Matrix (M3), framework for analysis, and model information exchange through a cloud-based collaborative workspace environment.
