TK-Architecture has released its Sustainability Implementation Plan designed for use on projects pursuing certification and compliance with Executive Order 13693 "Planning for Federal Sustainability in the Next Decade". The plan has been built around both the DoD and VA requirements, and it is intended for use with LEED, Green Globes, or High Performance Sustainable Buildings (HPSB) certification methods. The Sustainability Implementation Plan includes Sustainability Opportunity Scorecards for New Construction (NC), Commercial Interiors (CI), and Existing Buildings (EB) as well as templates for Owner Project Requirements (OPR), Basis of Design (BOD), Commissioning Plan (Cx Plan), and credit assignments/implementation worksheet.
